LocalSmartWeb Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your subscription to LocalSmartWeb, a service owned by The Fav House LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

We provide website design, hosting, updates, and related consulting described on localsmartweb.com. Deliverables are limited to the features included in your selected package unless otherwise scoped.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime. We may suspend service for unpaid invoices older than 15 days. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, trademarks, and third-party approvals. You grant us a license to use provided content solely to deliver LocalSmartWeb services.

5. SMS and communications

We may contact you by email or one-to-one SMS regarding onboarding, approvals, invoices, or support. Messages are sent to numbers associated with your business. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also email support@localsmartweb.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website we build for your business. We retain ownership of our platform, components, and internal tooling.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime by emailing support@localsmartweb.com. We will disable hosting at the end of the paid term. We do not provide site exports as part of the standard service.

8. Disclaimer

We monitor uptime and work to keep the service available, but the service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous three months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict of law principles.
