LocalSmartWeb is a managed website service owned and operated by The Fav House LLC. We help local businesses launch and maintain their websites, hosting, and updates.

Information we collect

• Account details such as contact names, business names, and billing information.
• Website content you provide (text, photos, menu files, hours).
• Usage data from the LocalSmartWeb editor to improve performance.
• Communications sent via email or SMS.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide website design, hosting, customer support, billing, and onboarding. We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to employees and contractors who must work on your project.

SMS communications

LocalSmartWeb communicates service updates and onboarding reminders via one-to-one SMS sent to business phone numbers. Messages may include project check-ins or replies to your requests. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also email support@localsmartweb.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Sharing and retention

We share your data only with infrastructure partners required to host your site (e.g., CDN, analytics) and with payment providers for billing. Content and account data are retained while you remain a customer and for up to two years after cancellation for audit and compliance purposes.

Security

We implement access controls, encryption at rest for hosting environments, and regular backups. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify the primary account contacts within 72 hours.

Your rights

You may request a copy, update, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@localsmartweb.com. We will authenticate your request and respond within 30 days.
